You can also just throw some files on a USB thumb drive and insert it directly in the front panel USB input. iPod Made Easy It's easy! Simply plug your iPod directly into the unit using the optional CD-IU50 iPod cable, and you are ready to rock and roll. Listening to an artist that you just can't get enough of? Now you can hold the "List" button down and it will pop up folders containing that specific artist, album, or genre. You can also have your passenger control your music directly from the iPod. A Better Way to Control Your Music Sick of using buttons to search through your songs? Now you can scroll through your music with greater ease using the 7-way rotary commander. Bring Your Music to Life with Advanced Sound Retriever This year you can hear the detail, warmth, and clarity the way the artist intended it, from all of the highly compressed MP3, WMA and AAC files playing on your CD player. By restoring data that tends to get lost in the digital compression process, we can make your music sound close to CD quality. Supertuner IIID AM/FM Tuner Pioneer's legendary Supertuner IIID combines the best of digital and analog tuner technologies to reduce distortion to bring you exceptional FM and AM performance. If you live in an area where reception is weak, you'll hear a big improvement in signal strength. And when you're near tall buildings, Supertuner IIID reduces the effect of multi-path noise, which occurs when the signal is reflecting off of the buildings. MOSFET 50W x4 Amplifier for the Power Hungry Compared to conventional power supplies, the MOSFET amplification circuit is smaller and more efficient, delivering power with less distortion and absolutely zero on/off switching noise. And that doesn't just mean a boost in volume: it means that your music will be cleaner at higher volumes because you're not pushing the limits of the amplification circuit. Clean, efficient power that will rock your vehicle. Inevitably, there will be those who still need more. The DEH-3200UB is therefore equipped with two sets of 2.2V preamp outputs (front, rear/subwoofer) for system expansion with external amps/speakers. Easy to install, easy navigation, excellent sound, great flexibility by Nathan Andersen for my '99 Toyota Camry, I was still in the original factory installed cassette / FM / AM receiver. I am preparing for some time to spend on something that could play CDs and MP3, with USB and auxiliary input. This does the trick. It delivers great sound even with my original speakers. I never thought I could get that kind of big sound and clear in the age pregnancy. I know it can be set with an amplifier and subwoofer, but the configuration I have now is exactly what I need to play songs that keep alive my lap. Automatically recognizes when I plug my iPod or iPhone and immediately goes into input mode, the same for when I pop in a CD and start playing immediately. Obviously, I can state back to what I wanted and leave the CD or iPod on standby I do not really need another extra audio connectors, so have not tried. A good feature is that you can connect your iPod directly from the stereo controls - with joystick-like volume and master controller button. It is mostly intuitive, but I found I had to read the manual to find out exactly how it works. The fact that the main control knob controls almost everything, it means that there are some getting used to before the operation of the receiver feels as intuitive as my old one. The remote that comes with it is a bit more intuitive and works mostly as all the old CD / iPod Player remote control. You can do almost anything to play with this, be it via the iPod or whatever burned to a CD: MP3, WMA and AAC files. There is also a feature "Sound Retriever" function, which seems a little "larger" type of sound when playing compressed audio formats such as MP3 files. I was streaming Pandora on my iPhone while driving, and the sound was not as clear as standard audio files, but "Sound Retriever" job seemed obvious that a bit of a more obvious difference when I mp3 files I have burnt to a CD to play. The sound of anything seems better than before - probably because of the new 50W amp to each speaker - resulting in cleaner sound at high volume than I could manage my original receiver. Of course you can by radio, and you can store up to six radios per band (you can switch between three "different" FM bands - that is, with three different sets of favorite FM stations to create - and 01: 00 - band). You can easily switch between these presets, or by pressing up or down the volume knob, or the number on the preset. If you are on the road, you can use the following six "best quality" of the local stations and put them in the settings automatically. The "Super Tuner IIID" actually works as promised - he clearly takes more stations and even cleans the sound of some of my old favorites that had more to do than ever before, resonate to install it. First I took an adapter harness for my Camry - that was easy for me to find my local auto parts store. The harness is easy to install and connect to my system and I immediately set to work. It was the Assembly, which was a little difficult because it is a little wider than my factory installed stereo, and did not come back when I had my original drive carriers there. I was able to get it working after a little tweaking, but I thought it would be useful to mention that it may be too wide for the assembly of some older vehicles. 12 of 12 people found this review helpful. more advantages than disadvantages of Neil Rich radio is a nice, probably a little better than the 2200UB, but always save a few things. Pros: - sounds very good - all support the latest iPods and USB flash drive Cons: - Does not support iPod even a few years ago I could not use my iPod mini and iPod shuffle, old, "N / A USB" error shows.
