Base excellent replacement for the factory radio at a low cost by replacing the IN Bagby died, the factory radio in my 2005 Hyundai Elantra dull with this Kenwood. For the price of U.S. $ 100, I'm impressed. The unit sounds as good as it sounds. Even with the factory speakers, the improvement is impressive to the factory radio. It has lots of energy and two preamp outputs (rare on the radio lower prices), which is ready for an amp and sub, I do not see myself adding one, but it's there. It plays your MP3 and WMA CD with ease. The loading time is fast and also has a feature that improves the frequency response of low bit rate MP3 files. The remote is a nice touch, again, not very common in low-end radios. What I like is the VFD. You can read this text bright and clear to all appearances, and unlike LCD, VFD in the "dark" in extreme heat, or "delay" in extreme cold. I love the retro look of the VFD to appreciate but really the bright bold that reads simply mounted in front of 1 / 8 line is a plus, and the blue backlighting for easy night to connect my MD Walkman do on the spot. What really impressed me is the quality of the tuner. FM front is one of the best I've ever used. I hear the factory radio was deaf to very good selectivity. While driving in downtown Atlanta at the end 100kW dozen FM, Kenwood never surpassed. I listened to a station located over 70 miles of Macon with ease, could not bypass the factory radio and would be overwhelmed by the nearby stations. The quality of FM is excellent, excellent frequency response and S / N ratio. AM is pretty hot as well. It is a good choice for FM DX'ing. MOSFET has a lot of power 22W x 4, and drive most speakers easily but must be careful when using the factory speakers that this amount of energy that can easily overwhelm the installation is simple as it is with all DIN radio 02:01. In my Hyundai, I had to use a single batch so there was no difference in the fascia board. Most of Toyota, Nissan, Honda installed and must be less than 30 minutes if you have the correct wiring adapter. Hats off to Kenwood, for the price I am more than satisfied. Take more VFD! Based on the two stereo that I use, play it fair, charger and allow my children to use their MP3 players. I especially like the ability to put an MP3 CD and have it play randomly play all afternoon. Some stereos take a while to find the next random song, it makes it very fast, which is a big advantage. The wireless remote is a nice feature, but was above the stereo. The only downside is when you change the volume if you accidentally press the volume button, go to the setup menu. Just a bit of a nuisance. October 10 people found this review helpful. Big Stereo live through the summer I bought a Ski Centurion Elite V 22 'boat and wanted the stereo system of the existing Alpine unit (which had an i-pod port) and the older marine speakers I installed this Sony amp upgrade, along with Sony Marine Stereo and 6 CDXM60UI Polk DB-651 speakers (four in the boat and two on the tower). This combination has a clean, clear sound even at higher volumes, with a nice bass. I am so impressed with this Sony Stereo and all its functions. Does the USB iPod interface. Great unit. Local iPod interface is a little difficult to use, but the MODE button a few seconds to keep the UI back to the iPod, which is a must with children on the boat. Added a USB extension so that children could be connected behind the driver's seat and change songs, so you can concentrate on the disk drive has a lot of energy, sub products separately. I have it under control with a 52 (peak) 4-X controller and they still react damn good and has plenty of bass for the size. Unfortunately, my controller is not allowed to light up these babies, so I have invested in an amplifier. I know it will be updated rampaging second day and night when I replace the speakers in my work. I recommend this. Edit: I now supply them with 80 watts per channel (4 channels and a separate submenu with another amp). You Rock the house. The ups and downs are much sharper and clearer to go with a low hit my factory system well without an amp also. After reading many reviews and comparing different speakers, the Alpines are the way to go. It was not only based on price (which was great by the way), but also the reputation and quality. Installation was simple and took only about one hour to install four speakers for front and rear doors. (This included removing and reinstalling the door panels), no need to use copper speaker) I went to a local car stereo installer and he wanted around $ 100 dollars, with a waiting time of four hours. Save your money and how you google for your specific vehicle door panels to remove and you can hear a better sound with your factory or aftermarket system. I recommend it. With Silent-G If you're nice replacement drop-in speakers are looking for your car, it is an excellent choice. Although not mentioned infinity, these speakers tweeters directional! Basically, they spin so you can towards your ears a little better aim. I was pleased and surprised by this. The Speaker Series (this especially) is great if you do not want to update an aftermarket head unit. Bottom line? You will not be disappointed. It 'been struck by the fact that I was too. I spent almost twice as much for some Polk Audio. Less than $ 88 dollars for 4 delievered new speakers who have made this sound like a BMW ol'school 2011 or higher. Surprised by the sound quality of what we paid. He also received two days of shipment earlier than expected. I have to get the infinite Basslink but if my son 16 years old saying it sounds good, is good enough.

My first was a much older model, and after what seems like easy 6 or 7 years of faithful service, I have decided to update. USB port on the front is what it is worth upgrading. I can put thousands of songs at a dirt cheap ThumbDrive and MP3-CD is not anything to worry about passing my car. The control unit also breathed new life into my 11 year old Volvo factory speakers. I had no idea that they sound as good as they could do. I still have plans for a newly acquired set of boston acoustic 6.5 "speaker has been in the front doors, but I am rethinking my decision to also upgrade the rear door and rear deck speakers. As far as the things about the device I do not like they are very low. Only the 1 ~ 6 buttons Playback options and what can not be controlled. The number buttons are easy to read, because it is lit, but the features are in a gray text that makes it difficult to read before actually reading the manual, I did not know how to stop playback. The number 6 button does, but I would not know by looking at the device because of the small play / pause tag is almost impossible to read. Furthermore, by adjusting the bass, midrange and treble, as my old unit, they can only to 8. Why eight? Why not 10? Kenwood, this makes no sense. Stop now. After the experiment, the volume several times and everything changed, but the volume (due to the digital display), I went and I bought this marvel. Here also was the reason that I have the bluetooth for my cell phone (which is huge btw.) You can buy a Bluetooth adapter can be had separately. Well, when I moved and have just turned on it was great, just listen to radio, I realized the difference between Kenwood and other brands. It was clear, crisp with the right amount of highs and lows, and has the punch that you feel that the right is purchased. In addition, it is has a strong feeling, it seems simple but has many features that you need to learn the manual, but if you learn to program, it's fantastic. Great value for the components boasts John I bought this to replace the existing one pillar tweeters in a Honda Element is the first stage of a stereo upgrade. John 07DS600 Kicker speakers are an excellent speaker, with a clear sound and low range. I just need the front to the Honda Civic 2-door, and produce more than enough to keep the sound hits the ground and clear vocals. The bass does not rattle your windows and shaking the mirrors, but still more than enough for a "feel" the rhythm. I just need fronts for 2-door Honda Civic, and produces more than enough to keep pounding piano and voice sound clear. The bass does not rattle the windows or mirrors shake, but still more than enough for one to "feel" the rhythm. Besides great sound, they also seem to be very resistant to extreme temperatures from hot to cold. By Dane Shepherd, I replaced two pairs of Infinity Reference "flat mount" 6.5 "speaker transformed with two pairs of these components. Wow, wow, wow! Simply by an Alpine head unit for my car in a recording studio power. All writes about" hear things in your music you never heard before, "but man! Some live tracks (like Dave Matthews or John Meyer) to people in the audience coughing, talking or easy to hear. You can find all information such as hear their fingers into a guitar string. depths of bass, which I never noticed. I tried to listen to entire songs and just attention to an instrument or sing background. They are incredible. I ordered the same time as an infinity 4 x 75 Watt amplifier, and install almost, because it sounded so good. After the change of drive power head, a high power amplifier, I noticed tighter bass, deeper reach, more punch and a higher level of volume before distortion (in fact, with the amp I can put it even higher than I could walking on a possible break-up with the head unit you might get told to cut at higher levels.) In the first installation, I connected to the tweeter-3dB crossover connection to put a damper on the treble lead. After listening to one week, I moved back to the tweeters 0 dB shift towards a more balanced sound. If you have a subwoofer, and you want bass, you have all the tweeter you can get. Darryl Pierce, I had these installed in a Honda Accord the 2011th I did not specifically ask them to audition these speakers or before you install. (1 error) I just knew I had to go to the factory speakers. I just told the dealer to put audio only in some of the speakers, as they have done really well for my Explorer. (They have installed a JL Audio speaker at the time) I paid 79.00 for these installation +. Actually they are the only way I knew was Powerbase speakers have been left in the box in the car after installation. When I saw "Made in China", my curiosity got the best of me, so I researched online, I should have done before, but anyway, I still would have been fine with these speakers other than the price I paid. So far the speakers, while a marked improvement over the OEM factory, the sound is not improved dramatically with the exception of certain types of music. ( (Classical, Jazz) They are very light, ie the top and midrange sounds are good, but they tend to be a hollow bass sound I think it would be the case in the Honda to have . Honda is not the entire door cabinets and they have only a small separate enclosure for speakers, so most of your base comes from the subwoofer to the rear. All in all, the speakers are just ok as itnitial listening test. They do not seem to interfere with a high volume and did I mention that they are really bright. I can actually hear some of the digital artifacts that occaisionally appear in compressed music. I had to turn down the treble to a, was set to 3 with the factory speakers. Bass was increased to 1 + 0. The subwoofer was turned into one of -1 to compensate for the lack of low-to midrange Baas. These are not the most efficient speakers you can buy. 88 dB is a bit on the low side of the car speakers. 90-91 is what I would have seen was the first study, 88 would be good if you use a more powerful unit or amplifier head. Although the Honda radio is rated at 270 watts, which is shared with six speakers and a sub. The submarine is probably between 90 and 100 of the 270th I'll be a long road trip in a couple weeks and really listen to a lot of music on the go. I'll come back and update this reveiw in a couple weeks, but I would say that these speakers are likely to satisfy 80 to 90% of people who buy them, and the satisfaction of the speakers is very subjective. There are many factors that determine how they sound. The type of vehicle, the main unit, the type of music and above all, listen to the person. I was a bit skeptical when ordering, because I had never heard of this before with my own ears, but I based my decision on the recommendation of an old friend. After installing the speaker in the factory I could not wait to get back on the radio and listen to my favorite CD. Wow I was impressed! The sound was much cleaner and louder than the factory speakers I replaced. I bought these speakers to replace the stock Infinity speakers that were already in the car. It installs easily and sounds even better than the standard that is also used. From Pacman I bought a set of these about 6 months ago to replace the front speakers Infinity Dodge factory that blew up in my Durango. I just installed and maintained the factory amplifier and install crossover included. They played pretty well (the high was much better than the factory tweeters), but lacked the low end, unless the volume was pushed up. Not a huge problem since I also have a small subwoofer, but it was obvious. When I returned pair of Infinity dead factory, buy a couple more and this time they installed the new front and rear and added a spare amp (Kicker ZX3504, 90 watts per channel amplifier). What a difference! The sound came alive. The depressions of these are amazing and I almost did not dive (almost. .. these speakers seem to be good to about 80Hz, then fall quickly, my sub is good for the lows and I met for this all 80Hz) . However, up to 80Hz is really good for 6 inch door speakers! Of course, with large doors Durango probably great help! However, if you have found these to your vehicle, and you want them to sound their best, you should really back with a spare amp and use the crossover included. Elgin just this today to install in my 1990 4runner and bought the front door speaker spacers were not needed. Hooked them up to 600.4 amps orion cobalt wow these things cock! Ive read some reviews say she is not down is crazy! These little things have a lot of ups and downs and mid! Perhaps the reviewers were not placing last enogh power to them. I also have a new pair of Boston Acoustic 6 / 9, to blow these things out of the water in all directions! The time to get rid of them and there is another pair of these! Get this, you will be happy! I can not wait to hear how they sound in a month after a complete break in period! Updated 29 September 09 had just installed another pair in the back and all I have to say is WOW! As I before I was in Boston Acoustic S95 9.6 boxes and they can not say hang with them! You can get away without a sub with these! My intention was to replace the work piece by piece into his system, but once I installed these speakers was clear to me that I do not need to change my unit or add an amplifier. These speakers sound great with the factory HU. Can I turn the HU volume up and Polk can handle without distortion when I installed, I had a popping sound shrill, but I realized the factory was still connected to the subwoofer. From time to pull the sub, the sound was perfect! These speakers pick up the bass perfectly, so I decided not to add a sub at all. Sound quality is not competitive, but more than I'll ever need. Perfect full-range speakers for the average listener. The purchase of these speakers has saved me a lot of money to replace the rest of my system. Polk Thank you! I have also replaced the factory radio because the CD was hooked these speakers up and go to a replacement of the JVC radio. Wow, what a difference. I have read several comments b4 I bought these and many persons in accordance with these flashes with bright replacement speakers was easier than I thought. Note: Do not accept the OEM speaker connections. Just cut the OEM plug from the old speakers, speaker wire soldered on new, old, male speakers! I also have four 6x9 Power Bass speakers in my Pontiac, driven by a 1600W amplifier power bass sound is amazing how seriously amazing. My four 6x9s and an amp sound so much better than my friends with their low-watt Alpine and pioneers. Good for the price of enthusiast I considered getting sound these speakers for quite a while and then find a lot of them and overall I'm happy with the sound. As mentioned above, do not expect a lot of bass with them, but the silk dome tweeters that go very well with high. I know nothing more experience with these speakers, but I feel that I "broke up" after about 2-3 months, where the sound is better note and speakers seemed to work less effort. I felt I could get more out of them. I have paired them with a single 10 "sub in the back. In short - for the price these are great speakers.
