My first was a much older model, and after what seems like easy 6 or 7 years of faithful service, I have decided to update. USB port on the front is what it is worth upgrading. I can put thousands of songs at a dirt cheap ThumbDrive and MP3-CD is not anything to worry about passing my car. The control unit also breathed new life into my 11 year old Volvo factory speakers. I had no idea that they sound as good as they could do. I still have plans for a newly acquired set of boston acoustic 6.5 "speaker has been in the front doors, but I am rethinking my decision to also upgrade the rear door and rear deck speakers. As far as the things about the device I do not like they are very low. Only the 1 ~ 6 buttons Playback options and what can not be controlled. The number buttons are easy to read, because it is lit, but the features are in a gray text that makes it difficult to read before actually reading the manual, I did not know how to stop playback. The number 6 button does, but I would not know by looking at the device because of the small play / pause tag is almost impossible to read. Furthermore, by adjusting the bass, midrange and treble, as my old unit, they can only to 8. Why eight? Why not 10? Kenwood, this makes no sense. Stop now. Although I am disappointed a bit to see the mute button away from the device. I have used quite often in my older, but I guess you have to save something for the units that cost more than $ 110. : D Anyway, minor ailments and that's it. The unit sounds good, and aside from a first to find out what the little buttons, I really like. The music is easy to listen to the interstate as well. It was an unexpected surprise. 15 of 16 people found the following review helpful fantastic! C. Nunez, I bought a JVC El Cameleon for my car. One reason was the Bluetooth option on my phone. After the experiment, the volume several times and everything changed, but the volume (due to the digital display), I went and I bought this marvel. Here also was the reason that I have the bluetooth for my cell phone (which is huge btw.) You can buy a Bluetooth adapter can be had separately. Well, when I moved and have just turned on it was great, just listen to radio, I realized the difference between Kenwood and other brands. It was clear, crisp with the right amount of highs and lows, and has the punch that you feel that the right is purchased. In addition, it is has a strong feeling, it seems simple but has many features that you need to learn the manual, but if you learn to program, it's fantastic. It has inputs for everything that before you want to connect a USB memory stick and you can control your iPod from the main unit or the bluetooth for iPod works perfectly with my BlackBerry Pearl with the operating system upgrade, I can listen to music and it sounds beautiful. You will not regret buying this its a safe buy! 15 of 16 people found this review helpful. Kenwood manufactures quality products - has said enough of P. Repage iTouch, CD, tuner, flash drive, all the work without any problems to the control unit, with sufficient power for the average user. If you're one of those "I want to feel the bass shake the car" kind of person, you will need a separate amplifier. The control surfaces are well made and feel sturdy, not typical for radio purchases for this price range. The only downside - not a do-it-yourself project. I tried to install this radio in my Honda Civic Nanny (I do not always do it because, being a doctor, I am not writing in automotive electronics.) ) Peace of mind after seeing comments ePinionscom explained as "simplistic" or "intuitive", which was to install an "Average Joe," I took on the task. Well, if you're not an experienced radio engineer, not try - you can damage your starting dash.
